The only possibility of a rebranding effort is going to be the possibility that one of the store brands is phased out in it’s entirety. Nobody knows the company as “Sears Holdings” outside of retail execs, stock traders and vendors. The general public just knows it as “Sears.” With that in mind, if they do go down that path I can see Kmarts being rebranded to Sears, and the Kmart brand dying off. I don’t see them doing that, and more than likely ESL will continue running the company as-is until the envitable end when the tax writeoffs are gone.
Doesn't exist as a stock yet. Likely they will issue shares at some point, but that's probably at least a few months down the road.

No. Closest you can get is investing in ESL, but why would you want to?
Everything will be done now without having to answer to anyone, Eddie can shutter stores, open test concept stores, cut programs, add programs, and only has to report it if he sees fit.
