what does RTM stand for? are they cutting the MTM's in certain stores?

I used to think those F & G volume doors were useless. So small. But with the return dollar changes someone posted earlier they have a good chance. Little doors with limited selection get murdered with unusual items that cannot easily be put onto the floor. Now those return dollars won’t go against their sales. It’s about time.
Yes MTMs in under 15 mil doors will not be replaced if they leave. Hold on tight everyone!
RTM used to report to MTM until OAPM came about. All of this operational c-ap needs to be figured out. It doesn’t work having both MTM and OAPM involved in Operations. Too many cooks in the kitchen.
