We are not a G50 or G100 store and we have two Deep Dives scheduled this spring
XejU7Sp-3vsj, Visual Leads all just got promoted to Visual Managers in 15mil and over stores....doesn’t sound like phasing out to me!
Company will continue to eliminate positions and additional stores throughout 2019. Districts will continue to consolidate and District Merchant, Visual, and Operations positions will be phased out like HR was a year ago.
“Deep Dive” visits will be history.
and from what I hear, any reductions coming will be through attrition.
No we are not done. They are just keeping very quiet My store had 1 position eliminated—it was an hourly colleague. Not sure if there are more, this is one I just happen to hear about.
I may be 1000% wrong here but I think we are done with store closures and layoffs. There was so much bad news in 2019, things have to turn at some point. On the other hand you see large retailers like Sears folding and people using phones to shop, I am still concerned though.
