This being indeed the means which they use to recompense themselves their extreme servility and condescension to their superiors; for nothing can be more reasonable than that slaves and flatterers should exact the same taxes on all below them which they themselves pay to all above them.

When the management feedback surveys become available, please be frank and candid.
I get it. When push came to shove, you found out you were the least favorite. But it's not like people had a choice. Someone had to be ranked at the bottom, and for whatever reason, it was you. Good luck at your future endeavors.
