Maybe it’s just me but I can’t seem to get the whole picture of what number of employees are they trying to eliminate in reality. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern to this, so I Wonder what categories of employees are they aiming at, and what will be the final numbers of laid-off employees in the end. Does anyone have an idea?

When you hire new senior manager with lot of money why cannot they train and manage existing loyal employee. In technology new cio and most of her directs are new and looks like a bank of America mini management team. For paying them they are removing others so that they can show something . It has been 2 years since new management came and they and nothing except for layoff. At least the previous management had a vision tthese guys are useless.
