SUB package level based years of service

Ok, so the SUB package is 2 weeks per year of service. UNLESS you are a certain job grade level then it is 1 month per year of service. Both are capped at a maximum of 52 weeks payout.

The only thing I have not been able to validate is at what job level does the 1 month per year of service option start - anyone know?

You dont have to return anything you earned while you were unemployed, but effective your new start date, you're no longer eligible for SUB. If you were laid off 1/28, and start a new job 2/7, you get one week of SUB.

Top top dogs probably have an employment contract that gives them some sort of golden parachute :).

Per the current policy, it is s either 2 weeks per year of service OR what is listed here, whichever is greater.
