After reading on connections those who are currently an FSA they are doing a test back East where an outside vendor will be doing the cleaning and the Fsa is to work on projects and not have to clean. The issue with it is if they don’t do it properly guess who will have to re do it? Also, if the vendor does great why keep Fsas? When you can just hire the outside vendor and have staff work on projects. Marvain always says it’s hard decisions that affect people but he is doing what’s best for the company. This test will start Jan 30 and run two-three Months and from there I’m sure there will be a “change.” Everyone is replaceable guys.

Our Fsa does a great job , no complaints, bathrooms have never been cleaner and his gf is rtm but they don’t hang out unless lunch time
Our FSA is useless, there I’ve said it, he quickly mops the floor so he can run to the back in order to hang out with his girlfriend the RTM clerk.
An outside company would be a welcome change. Customers constantly complain about the filthy restrooms.
Even more signs they are going down the Sears road. FSAs are more than janitors, but all store managers care about is the bathrooms so FSAs spend more time throwing out trash and doing the bathroom than doing the rest of their job. So m, seeing this, Marvin thinks "well, no need to waste money on an fsa then." And the cleaning willnget done, but the FSAs who never got trained on how to do the rest of their job will fail and the position will get eliminated.
Ive seen this too many times in companies. Processes exist, no one does the process, stuff gets screwed up, the company says the process doesnt work so they get rid of it instead if enforcing the implementation of the process.
