Evaluations are pointless. You could get an excellent or poor and still get 2%. Waiting for Sam's to throw that quarter my way.

I heard a rumor they were going back to eval-based raises. No idea if its true though, and I doubt it will be.

Raises same time every year. Sm should conduct 2/2 until 3/2

Whatever happens we will know soon. February 1st.

I doubt they will change the 2%
