Did anyone get exceeded expectations this year and how are the bonuses looking?

Don't put too much into your employee ratings. In March 2015, I got "exceeds expectations" or a 3 (whatever the system was), a $42k cash bonus, a $22k stock bonus, & a nice raise. Come end of September I no longer had a job.
I hear if you got exceeds this year, you get both a ham & a turkey. Everyone else has to choose one or the other.
The exceeds are all leaving if that tells you anything. Non operations BU’s have been getting the short end of the stick for a long time. Problem is they can go to other industries easy. And no one wants in oil and gas.
Only guy I know that got Exceeds resigned last Monday. Must s--- real hard to work in IT right now!
Exceeds expectations ratings are not and never have been handed out based on merit or effort. There's no reason to give 110%; your efforts will simply never be rewarded. And HR doesn't go through the calibration process -- it's a ruse.
