I am telling all good people to plan quitting BNYM as soon as possible. Both onsite and offshore manager will not care about your capability or contributions. They will throw you under the bus just to save money and show executive management Hey look we saved money for you.
As if this will make shareholder happy and share price will go up. Keep dreaming!!!
I was let go today from BNYM tech India. I had so much work that I was often stretching my day beyond 9 or 10 PM. But I was told that my job is now redundant!!!
So I had to resign and take the package. This is bizarre. The new head is bringing highly paid people from outside. Based on initial reports they are not necessarily that qualified but are full of attitude.

I was let go today. Compensation was good. HR was courteous.

Which location?
Check the conf room booking site. Good number of rooms are blocked by HR . Also no one is allowed to get into the training rooms corridor on 7th floor of TS3
