If you’re a salaried manager, you will only get 1 week of PTO. You will lose the rest.

As long as you have been with the company over a year it’s yours and other time you have ask your PTC to key it before you roll out
In order to receive your PTO you must be employed for over a year. If you haven’t been there a year, cash in your PTO before you quit.
You will only get your PTO if you've been employed a year. You will also lose personal time if you have any.
You will get your PTO but not your sick time.
