So far two RVPs and one LP regional. Looks like all Sears guys so far.

IIRC, region level was the lowest level that had both formats under the same umbrella. The RVPs were responsible for both Sears and Kmart districts in their region, along with the RRCs, DDCs and whatever else existed to support their retail ops. Dunno about APP, but they always seemed to be wearing SHC branded shirts/jackets and not Sears or Kmart branded stuff.

Sears will only have 250 or so stores in operation with the remainder of the 400-425 being K Marts.
Sears does not need nearly the number of District and Region staff that they once had before the store closings.

cgw... not true. Two RVP's are not in the Directory any longer.... They are gone. You obviously don't know where to look . You don't look in Pebble.

I believe EEs are just as worthless.

They will either be replaced or the position will be eliminated.
Most of the chatter has been how worthless the ASM's, DM's RVP's, LP'S, SVP's, CEO's etc.. are.
