If overnights is moving to days then who will be writting there schedules and what purpose will dept leads have now. Will everyone be split into depts like it once was or will dept leads still just be over a couple parttimers. Where does onernight lead go?

Night manager and lead take opposing shifts to watch over their people who will be stocking before 7am then assisting members/zoning after. Same goes for evening shift, they come in at 3pm and assist members/zone until close where they start stocking.
The "night" manager is still in charge of his/her people it doesn't effect the day leads as they still have their own people.
It'll likely be a change in title to Instock lead or something like that to act as support for stocking as the transition happens
