Seems the package is less generous than it was - is there anything extra for over 55 ?

AFAIK Severance is Only based on base salary not commission .
How does the payout work for sales folks. Example TTC is $100k on a 60/40 plan, do they divided my TTC by 52 and that's my payout per week? 100 / 52 = $1923
I heard they didn't round up on years of service from one person last year.
Are the years of service rounded up ? For example what happens for someone with 8 years and 9 months of service ? Do they get 2month + 8 weeks or 2 month + 9 weeks ?
Same package... 2 mo + 1 week per year worked. But they return my soul. So I'm recolocated and free! Good luck all
Same package I got 2 years ago with the exception that I received a pro-rated bonus

That's still better than at most places. Small firms give you two weeks and kick you out the door. I know that at Oracle it was 1 month plus 1 week per year, with a max of 26 weeks.
