I heard we had an assistant manager or two going to meetings in Texas in the next week. I haven't known them to rally the assistant managers in over 10 years. Anyone else?

Next week? Next week is Wally store managers. I thought Sam's meeting was in March?
Also! The assistant in years past, before the amount was reduced in the club a few years ago, would attend ybm (I think the last ones were fresh?). They would learn of few things or see things to take back to the clubs etc.
They have in recent years for training. Fresh managers have been the most recent to do this. Front end has gone previously.
There isn’t much of a market team left to facilitate training I would think this would be to help offset training that is no longer offered by market hr or market membership given what the topic may include....? It would allow assistants (like when fresh went) to see the standard of expectation from whatever the focus is and then to meet others so you can reach out to them later
