Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Good point from @XlIsehe-mav

"Look how the BoD pulled the rug out from BK a man who dedicated his whole life to the company, and now you wonder why no good candidate can be hired, drafted, coerced."

Don't get me wrong, I still think BK was an evil, corrupt clown. But the point about how the sh1tshow of his firing is impacting hiring of the next CEO is good.

BK was only treated the same way as the 13k he signed to lay-off.

The optics of a 7month CEO search are more telling to the street than any mishandled PR.

BK was a used-car salesman! Intel is much better off without him!

The total comp is pretty good, you think BK, SA, PN or others are getting anything close, or if they are pity their new employers for failing to vette them completely

If they can rise to the high positions, they should be smart enough to leave on their own.

BK worked hard and like many had huge ambition and was tireless like SA in trying to get ahead. Both of them worked harder than anyone else I knew and rewarded those who did their calling, Josh and Phi are best examples of that.

BK had two flaws, his Willie and lack of real technical talent, SA only the latter, but both never were seen for what they really were and in BKs case should never have risen further than FSM head and SA never higher than operations manager or FSM head. Both for their tireless contributions were so undignified asked to leave with so little class much like SET and ACT, is it any wonder leaders or vision or integrity have all declined.

First to go has to be Andy and most of the BoD but you know what will be first order of business to new CEO, make the stock go and a new strategy, the first requires a huge cost cut by layoffs!
