Ugh I just want them to do away with this position already. Constantly using us because the assistants and CM know nothing!!! Give me severance and I’m out the way. As always blessings to you all.

Yep I’m a PTC too. They want to cross train us and I said no way. If they are eliminating us why do them the favor? Years of being the club cheerleader and now getting thrown out like a Sam’s Club pizza. Come on severance!!!
The PTC lay-off will be on a totally random day, just like audit and receiving. Structural changes tend to occur around now. Be careful though because workday is not only a part of HR at Walmart but it’s also gaining ground in other companies. Something to think about.
The same goes with accounting office.. Did not take the severance.. Forced to step down (where is a 60 year old going to go anyway) just placed back in accounting because NO ONE knew how to handle the basics. So now i'm the go to girl.. Accounting. F/e, wherever a body is needed including ptc.
It will happen. They didn't do it in the test areas for nothing. Believe me, it's coming.

I get you. I feel the same way. But I just said “f it” to myself and decided they aren’t eliminating us. If they were they would have done it.
