Plan is clear..2019 stabilize from the left overs and then GTS will be technology driven based on skill taxonomy .2020 will be the year where IT out sourcing will be in full swing after dividing the resources based on the skill sets..#technology driven#customer experience

How many people from the original Infosys mess actually went over? In the US is was very few. I know more of a lot of people taking the VSP versus getting rebadged.

Why would Verizon beef up the contract from 700B to 950B if they were not planning on additional IT outsourcing?

Not necessarily. Infy is already hiring off the street for people that refused to be rebadged. I don't think we'll see any large scale outsourcing of Vz employees in 2019. I think they need to get a good operating model in place and see where that goes first. Not saying it won't come eventually though.
