Outsourcing and Management Washouts are Xerox decline

As previously posted, Management keeps on supporting Project Managers with oversee investments that actually have proven to be nothing but failed attempts to meet a profile people can’t meet. Don’t get me wrong, it is just that if we ever compre people who got fired with 30 year old background with being replaced by people with any background history for so long in a company nonetheless experience taking over such influential positions, has only proven that the investment should be dropped. Xerox is worse that it ever has been, and I feel sorry for some of my coworkers that were let go, after years of putting in their life to this company.. by being replaced with these parasites that up til this day all do is gain a salary and juice the company bonuses that don’t match up to not a bit of their mediocrecy that only causes them to be one more expense to this company. A shutdown to these unecessary projects should be done as well as a better management to understand what these investments should deliver and should be instead of firing any company essentials for not understanding an hr role.

If this was only about a tree, or some other non-critical issue, I'd totally agree with you.

But this is about my paycheck and livelihood, so I'm willing to hear all of the negative news so that I can make a more informed decision about what may be coming that could impact how I provide for my family.

I understand that your intentions are probably good, but for those of us still stuck in the trenches we need to know what the supposed "generals" are planning in case they are trying to sacrifice the troops in order to win their war.

Hi,

I have worked for Xerox in the past. Just read through some of the comments. I immediately recalled the story of Solomon Islands. In those islands, the tribal don’t cut down a tree. *They surround the tree and curse it for hours every day. Within a few weeks, the tree dries up and becomes dead. Many of us might find that example too difficult to believe. How can intangible and invisible thoughts and words kill a tree.

I believe all should accept the situation and move on. The more you consider yourself as victim, the more you will have negative impact on self. I will recommends you to understand "The law of attraction" & read through the book "The Secret - By Rhonda Byrne".
