Anyone hear of the new Omni mgr position.

The Growth50 stores in New England have Omni Managers.
It is a great position and will be quite busy.
My store is really small, but I was Omni Lead for Christmas season. It takes more than one person to prioritize things right; if I hadn't helped keep things on track, we never would have made our PTG incentive for the quarter.
Out of season, our fulfillment levels are small enough to handle with just the sales leads& floor help, but during season (like what happened after the warehouse fire), we really did need specialists doing the heavy lifting.
There are a few select stores (maybe Growth50?) that are getting or already have gotten Omni Leads. Really, most stores probably need them with the increase in picks, BOPS, BOSS. We are struggling to keep up in Fulfillment. I was hopeful for my store to gain that position but no such luck.
