My Share changing, based on attendance and pay code (C and D can get more)

Management Incentive / bonus changing.

Tech rollout into the stores will increase this year

Going to hear two new phrases this year, “Step it up” and “Camp Four”. Camp Four is a huge deal to drive store performance with a structured rating system. Step It Up is pretty self explanatory.

Overall a positive meeting, going to be a interesting year!

Nothing about severance or long term associates mentioned.

C and D will receive higher My Share payouts as they have a larger role in the store to determine sales and profit.

Since there will be only one associate in the personal office either the PC or TC will have to find a new position. The new position might be filled with someone other than them of course.

Stores will run by on less hours than last year. Expect that trend to continue.

Yes coming to work is rewarded now more than not coming to work.

At our meeting nothing was said about the Training Coordinator, only the Personnel Coordinator.
