I got 5.3%.
For a company that made 70 billion in 2018, I feel I'm on a fast moving train headed for a massive wreck. Morale is at an all time low. The small layoffs and reorgs tell me to prepare for an exit strategy.
Most of the TFs got a 10+% boost in November. Not much left for everyone else.
You will be lucky to get 1%+ this year.
For key roles SMA happened. Overall likely to be same or lower. Bob mentioned recession and headcount risk in earnings call. They will keep expense on tight budget as a defensive move.
