What is worst case scenario; that is what most likely will happen
If Vena was being completely transparent in the town hall, as long as the hump can stay VERY productive and move "x" numbers of cars through it within a 24hr period, it's ok to keep open. BUT it better shut down smaller ones around it. Keep sentence in mind people. He isn't completely against humps, only humps that refuse to operate to his standards. Downfall to that is, once you show them that you ca. Do it at that level with that amount of people, THEY CUT MANPOWER. He literally said "if we say 12 hours for a loco turnaround, WE WON'T ASK AGAIN"! Unfortunately this is never ending.
I work in the roseville yard yard, haven't heard anything about shutting the hump down, then again I doubt they'd let us know
Jimbo don’t like hump yards.
