Finance has started nitpicking every little thing that engineering does. I guess they have so many people that some have to create needless processes in order to have 3 focal accomplishments. Agree that finance can and should be cut in half. It’d end up saving far more than just their salaries.
Bob was spot-on with his observation. There are way too many people in all groups and especially Finance.
