The official notice reads: 15 machinists, 8 MSOs, 3 electricians, 3 supervisors, 1 boilermaker
Wait they added 16 machinists and 6 MSOs to the 8 and 4 already leaving?? Or is that total?
“In addition to” makes it sound like they added all those in your list plus the 8 machinists, 4 MSOs, and 1 boilermaker they already announced for the 5th.
