I been with the company for many years and I used to be preoud of working here , so disappointed about how they are changing all this, just waiting to get call to work for the dump and im out of here f--- this place and all this lazy people I work with specially that a-hole room, good luck guys
Oh no, heaven forbid the foremen will get bumped and have to go back to actually doing something for 8 hours. Can’t sit in the office anymore with their feet on the desk or find a place to hide and sleep. If jobs were cut by performance, all the foreman would be down the road!
People b--ching about the foreman were in the same situation as the carman so quit crying if you dont like it and find somewhere else to be lazy!!!!
More people going home once guys out of work come back. Never trust management. They will lie to your face until the bitter end.
Job are not being cut in Roseville. They are shutting down MBO programs in Stockton and those carman are bumping into Roseville, displacing the bottom guys. Still s---s I know from a company showing record profits. And some of the foreman are OK
S--- it up you crying snowflakes liberals , these cuts are necessary so the shareholders are able to rack more profits than the last quarter, I'm sure the company will eventually will create more jobs , jobs jobs jobs!
All of them are getting abolished in Stockton, Ca. according to the numbers needed to fulfill precise railroading.
Wake up and smell the roses. Monday you will have my job. Thanks.
Stockton car dept. Is still in the dark. Nobody has said anything to us about when cuts will happen
Not even part of Unified Plan 2020 layoffs. This is just the Stockton Carman merge with Roseville.
Cuts from the mechanical side at roseville. Effective February 5th
16 machinist
8 MSOs
3 supervisors
1 boilermaker
And
3 electricians
More to come they said!
Again not sure on the numbers but I think it's around 6 or 7 apprentices
Also how many of them were apprentices?
Thank you, as with everyone else our service unit is just sitting here waiting for the axe.
Don't have an exact number, but I believe it to be around 70. A few are out on disability
What's the total count of carmen before cuts?
