If you haven’t been hit yet, you should be ready. Nobody is safe. Get your resume and job searches going. Stash some rainy day cash. This is going to be a long year for some of us. Railroad unemployment is a little over $670 every two weeks. (Correct me if I am wrong on that, just an estimate.) Get ahead of it for your situation. Nobody else will do this for you. Certainly nobody in Omaha will care. Last Thanksgiving we had a Brother with 25 years be told “leave today”. Anything is possible and is happening.
