There is a union in Canada called UNIFOR and they are angry at the Oshawa plant.
So angry that they bought an ad to play during the Superbowl.. wow.

Question ? Why aren't more Americans getting as angry ? Canada seems more p-ss-d about all of this than we do? What would have happened if everyone would have walked off the job for a week or two, I mean all who work for GM. Just one big shut down?

That 30-second ad could have kept 50 people employeed for a year. Nice to know the Union has enough money to throw around in spite.
Let's not call GM anti-American. Let's just say it's a Chinese-centric company where most of the IT people come from every country in the world that doesn't buy GM vehicles.
Of the Big 3, GM is the most anti-American of those. Ford and Chrysler both maintain a heavy presence in Canada (but also have a few plants in Mexico). GM doesn't even pretend to hide it....they want all their manufacturing in Mexico.
Henry Ford had the right combination of attitudes if you ask me. The people who build the product must make enough to afford buying the product. GM could care less.....they want $3/hr labor in Mex and China but to sell to first world customers.
