Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Want to lay down on them?

If you do, they will simply close your shop. You’re making it easy for them.

They will close down your shop if you bust your a--, work safe, and have good reliability numbers. Happened at South Morrill. It doesn't matter what you do, when your number is up you kick rocks.

“Work as little as possible” yeah that sounds like a great idea. Why is it some railroaders work harder to try to get out of work when it’s easier to just do the job. Isn’t that why you applied for the railroad? Or did you apply to do as little as possible take a nap and go home.

I believe that the doing as little work as possible mentality is the reason that we are in the position that we are in......

When I came to the railroad 10 years ago, I quickly realized that hard working individuals were frowned upon by most, including the union leaders. They never promoted trying to become more efficient because they were so worried about the number of union dues they could collect! How that has backfired, huh?!!!

b---s---, they already know what shops they are closing as it is part of the precision railroading plan. Do your part and bad order locomotives and cars. Do as little work as possible. Get FMLA, and stay out of debt and work as little as possible. Throw a wrench in the plans of the globalist shareholder puppets.

Yes don't hand them any jobs wether it's yours or a junior employee. Try to protect what is left.
