Galileo s---s balls. The people running the releases and managing that project are the most dense people in the world. It's a gigantic CharlieFoxtrot.
What are you smoking? PaaS at GM = pivotal, which can be run on any of the public clouds. If you just mean control in general, trust me, AWS, GCP, and Azure all provide higher levels of granular control than gm is doing today. From network security, identity, firewalls, and more.
And FYI - Galileo is just a reskin/stuff added onto the core of what they were previously using which was "Atlas". Oracle BPM... a business project management tool.
Galileo is an abysmal failure that even the design team who was assigned to help out gave up on. They were borrowed from Aga W.'s group and nearly all of them left GM last year.
