Any suggestions? Who's hiring big time in Austin? I am not specifying tech skills on purpose, I'd like to start a generic thread and capture info for a broad array of folks that are getting canned today.

As someone from Atlanta (Home Depot HQ) I'd recommend you stay away from HD. I've never worked there but a lot of my colleagues have from GIC. It's a sweat shop...they never want to go back. Can you imagine something worst than GM IT? Lol
Home Depot has tons of open jobs and they are pretty close to the GM Austin Innovation Center.
Meh, I feel like you Austin guys have it the best. If you're good at tech, you can basically write your meal ticket in this economy.
