Make sure you are tracking and calculating down to the penny for your sales bucket in commission. This is the second day in a row I did not receive credit for single line TMP in the sales bucket. I know it’s a pain to track every little thing but it’s your money at the end of the day.

Since I guess someone hasn't properly explained your quota to you, store gets a quota based off YOY,analysis from last couple years, market trends, sales goals, etc.. that quota is then divided evenly among the sales reps. Head count, or number of reps, doesn't affect the overall store quota, your managers quota that is. It is just based off of those above factors, whether you have 5 reps or 15. What your actual quota will be is affected by headcount, more people to divide the store quota between means smaller quota for you individually. Pretty much your ideal situation is a store with a high head count full of lazy reps who would rather scroll Facebook than build their check. Lower individual quota for you but not much competition at the door. Hungry dog eats

Yes. They have a store quota and get paid on everything sold in the store that isn't in the noncommissioned code. If it is in the house code they get paid. You can only discrep something done in your location, and they get paid based off of what is sold in the location. How could someone not give you a straight answer on that?

We've been noticing we are missing in store pickups, tmp and news and renews done in store. We started taking a pic of every order number that has a commisionable item on it. This is nothing new, has been happening a long time, maybe we need a lawsuit like Sprint! It's hard enough to make money with this c-ap commission system, now they are screwing us in the a-- with this.

Why do people ask stupid questions? Of course they get paid. If it's on a reps commission it's on the manager commission.

Could be set up at home, if not activated correctly on the pin/last 4 of social screen and the customer calls care to activate, the TMP falls off, go back and check your orders to see if they activated

Can anyone actually confirm that SM/GMs get paid on discrepancies. No one can give me an exact answer on it.
