Did anything happen today or will it be later this week? The group exceeded its financial goals last year, so wondering if they were largely left alone.

Any news from the RenCen?
Everything seemed normal in GCCX North Austin. Guessing we will get the chopping block tomorrow, the conference rooms closest to us, in the back of the building, were booked all day but vacant. Towards the end of the day I saw a custodian stocking them up with water bottles and tissues.
OP here. I'm in the Detroit office. GCCX seemed very quiet to me today in terms of layoffs, but I wasn't sure. I'm not in GCCX directly, but I work with the group.
I didn't really see any let go in my area in Austin. Director and managers acted normal all day.
Its Detroit controlled org. they don't care about Austin or Atlanta.

Honestly tho, most of GM dev managers do not know jack about programming/development.
They aren't performance based. Nobody is safe.
