Right on EMC is incapable of designing anything all they do is buy others. Look at backup, Networker , Avamar , Data Domain and who knows what else. Why not take the best of all three and create a NEW product. IDPA is not a new product either.

Just take a look at Dell execs and how they reward "innovation" in their own dictionary of ignoramus. Dell is an outsourcing company fullstop. dumb--s haven

At data domain, all tech leads and execs are leftover rejects, happy to make up stories to keep big paychecks coming for the past many years, and bringing friends and family along. No new ideas since EMC acquisition. Constantly offshoring to India and no local replacement, except few college grads to keep Dell happy. Execs and leads kept piling on processes and demands, and fake deliverables. Glad to be out. Don't expect new products.

In the next week targets will be rolled out and already managers are saying the targets will be "MASSIVE" and 150% growth every year with no strategy, no plan just you must get customers to buy more or you get PIP. There are no layoffs this is all about making everyone leave.

Dell is waiting for someone else to release something new so they can copy it. They are incapable of designing the next generation themselves, and have never listened to their customers.
