Those are the same thing.
Each year = 1/2 month of salary
So two years = full month
two weeks per year, or one month salary for every two years at GM?
Just got let go and yes that's how it is. Bonus pays out and prorated for 2019 bonus.
If 401k is not vested, it won't be.
