Possible for a NCH to Volunteer?

I'm over it, could I speak to my Org's HR partner and voluntarily get laid off as a NCH still in the program? Or is it too late as this point?

Yes, that is their standard answer, but please know that you now have a target on your back. Keep pursuing external opportunities as HR may have a long memory.

I asked my boss and was told there is no way to volunteer. It seems that they are sticking to the list regardless of whether other people quit

No chance sadly. I tried weeks ago and was told that it is all out of the managers/directors hands.

Take a night to think about this. I did the same thing and have not been able to find a job thus far. Unless you have secondary support or a big bank account, your skills may not save you and you certainly won't get GM money. I'm not saying NOT to do it, but think it through before you go forward.

Yes it’s 2 years. If you’re still in the program than you’ve been here less than 3 years.

when do you have to payback relocation? if you've been here for 3 years do you still have to pay back. i thought it was 2.

Yes you can. I'm betting they won't turn you down... it may save someone else.

If I get laid off, I won’t have to payback my relocation bonus. If I quit, I do...
