Just in from Corp. ALL STORE MANAGERS ARE REQUIRED TO WORK 24 HOUR SHIFTS. 1/2 TIME UP FRONT TO GET ALL THE WORK DONE THAT YOU HAVE NO HOURS TO DO. THEN 12 HOUR SHIFT OVERNIGHT HELPING DO PHARMACISTS JOBS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO HELP. DLS WILL BE REQUIRED TO START WORKING 3 HOURS EACH DAY UP FROM TWO. THEY WILL CALL YOU AT 8 AM EACH MORNING TO BE SURE YOU ARE ALIVE. IF NOT THEY HAVE TO PROMOTE SUSIE CASHIER TO STORE MANAGER AND TRAIN HER BY 12.

Lol. You expect us to take you seriously and then you say DM’s will be required to work 3 hours instead of 2. Conference calls last 15 minutes.
We all can laugh at this, however the way corporate treats store managers these days, it’s not that far from the truth! I actually don’t know why they stay when there treated so badly!!

This is true ! I read it somewhere else also. The manager training must be signed off on by the card person or the guy that blows parking lot every Monday!
