I would love to be wrong but I’m almost sure that we’ll be seeing something big in 2019. This is a year of consolidation and reorgs. What are the chances to see another round of cuts or even another buyout offer in 2019? Thoughts???

RIF yes, VSP no.
4th quarter they will ask first for volunteers to be RIFed. You will receive the maximun 35 weeks severance pay and unemployment. If directors don't hit their number with the volunteers then folks will get hurt.
It'll be a RIF, no more VSPs. Probably will happen in Nov with off payroll in Dec.
Buyout can be expected sometime in April or December
