Look at GM's investor presentation. Vehicle and propulsion engineering converging, with China leading vehicle electrification. No speculation required. They're spelling it out....

Deported or outsourced?.. GM wouldn't even be able to produce cars anymore if the "the whole power train" was laid off, this doesn't make sense.
@XtyFXZQ-kcx I definitely saw more than a few manufacturing developers getting axed today. I’ve heard from several people that Austin Parmer is done with layoffs but I find that very hard to believe.
