Leaving or staying, make sure you are honest in the survey tomorrow.

There is a unique link for each employee. This ensures that each employee only responds once. I believe it also allows you to stop in the middle and resume later on. The results are compiled by a 3rd party. I was brutally honest in my answers. If they want to fire me for it, good for them.
They say it's anonymous, but is it? They ask us not to give our links out to other people, so that pretty much means to me that they can track my feedback? If it's all the same survey why can't we swap links?
Any ideas?
I'm nervous but I filled it out. I can't believe one question is: "Compared to a year ago, how confident are you that TR is on the right path?" Ummm, unless you've been asleep for the last year, or your manager has been protecting you (lucky), you probably aren't confident.
I gave all negative replies. I would hope since the OHI survey is administered by McKinsey that it is in fact anonymous. If not shame on them. I’m leaving anyways and the timing will for sure be a jokes on them situation.
I am normally neutral on these surveys. I was brutally honest but objective on this one. Please do the same.
I was brutally honest.
I was brutally honest. What have I got to lose? I'm probably getting laid off anyway. I won't go without a fight
Why is the company even doing this? We know they don't care. Stop pretending. What a waste of time. I'm sure they will put a positive spin on it, whatever the results.
I always go Switzerland on those surveys: neutral, neutral, and neutral with a side of somewhat.
They can be tracked and traced to you, whether by a unique URL sent only to you, by a tracker from clicking on the link, your IP address, etc.
Anonymity does not exist.
Why would you guys even try? Do you think anyone cares? You are a cost
I am worried that it won't really be anonymous so I am going to boycott and not reply.
What survey is that?
Brutally honest, you can bet on that.
