Why does mcbu have consultants like
Bcg and Krause bell in the building working on stuff in secret? Hopefully they will develop some more tools for us low psg workers to use ????

Fire every consultant immediately especially if they work for D&C.
Chevron management is too incompetent or unwilling to clean their own house, so consultants are brought in to do the analysis and make the recommendations as to what positions and which people stay or go.
MCBU has team leads without teams. Think about it. MCBU needs to streamline.
Consultants tend to be a sign of incompetent management, including leaders who are unable to make difficult decisions. They don't realize that they should know the business best and that consultants will only scratch the surface and then recommend whatever changes they are led to recommend.
