Seems like all three followed each other when they took sedans off the market. I wonder if they all plan to downsize together.

FCA is over hired in the last 5 years just like GM/ Ford.
Lots of interns, H1Bs, H4 EADs, Indian employees, L1 transfers in throughout the company.
It is amazing to see diversity faces in areas of engineering that never had anybody like that before.
Overdone and they will follow suit soon...
FCA is pretty lean. After they went through their last major layoffs with the bailout, they stayed lean and didn’t fatten up like GM. FCA is in good shape.

Ford is working on layoff lists now. Europe will be first.
Ford said they were doing layoffs late 2018 they just haven't given much details or done the big layoffs like GM
