Have all flex positions being eliminated?

Can’t agree that the company is moving to more flex, away from full and part time. Didn’t see that in my store. We have a few people in PT that want to go to flex and I heard they were told no because the store couldnt have more flex Than they already have. Flex have to get their required hours worked every season or they get termed now.

Actually, or at least it’s the case in my store, Flex positions are increasing. Flex colleagues do not get holiday pay and they are not guaranteed hours so the company is moving full-time and part-time positions to flex positions
