Send a resume to AT&T if you think you got it bad here.
At 50+ years old, I left IBM for a comparable job elsewhere.
But it didn't turn out to be comparable. I soon found a new energy and joy of working. My new job provides 10X the satisfaction and an even higher multiple of productivity.
I now realize it was difficult to find a job that was comparable to my senior position at IBM. Almost anything was better. Healthy work environments matter more than I ever imagined.
