There are RIF plans. Different teams have different schedules. Tall TG is between now and end of July

Short TG is doing 20% RIF plus a planned or hoped for quit percent of another 10% once they reveal the HUB strategy. Once MIP pays March 15th and is safely deposited I will make my final decision. KM leaving changes nothing. The c-ap going on is all Darius. The next leader will certainly be worse than KM. We have history to look at for proof of that

All KM - VP's run this mafia services outsouced to India or Indian people here in US. Dont matter how much users struggling at work they still get to stay and get huge bonuses. People have to put overtime due to broken IT (SAP) systems which keeps going down....

Overall overhaul is needed to make things better external evaluation of SAP management is needed else these undeserving people will continue to stay and continue to make business & users suffer.....

IT cannot be saved, it's been decimated because of the cost savings initiatives. Don't ever let any leader tell you that quality / performance / knowledge is a successful attribute. Call the help desk and ask for support, ask for general IT support. Everyone who knew anything is gone or was a RIF target because it could be done cheaper in India. Regional global support hubs - all BS to just get lower cost resources. The SAP support staff used to be world class, it's all gone! IT support used to be world class, it's all gone. Just like all the benefits, all gone! It's actually quite sad that this once proud company is now a total joke. (The GE model looks like it's working, right?)

The only thing tg’s leadership excel at is getting drunk and partying everytime they meet up. Of course on expenses . None of them are close to what is happening in their own teams. They all have their own wfh policies. Poor leadership. Such a joke

Regrettably, nothing will change since, in the end, unit presidents and all VPs, directors and managers cannot protect their people when the edict from corporate is to MAKE THE NUMBERS (no matter what) and do it how we tell you to. We can't expect them to do anything but leave the company if they don't like what they are being told to do, no matter how ignorant or ill advised such as bringing Field Quality engineers into hubs.

Will small tg be the new replacement?

Every outside leader they have brought in has been worse than the previous except perhaps for Rebecca at UOP and she quit because of the BS. She at least had the technical skills and knowledge

Bet we get some PowerPoint jockey as the next leader

Unfortunately HON rapidly racing down the GE path.... the stock may go up for a while, maybe even a few years, but this place as a whole is done for. I have about 5 years to retirement. I'd prefer not to start over but if the new leader is a weasel then even for 5 years I'd rather go some place else

1qq is correct...you arent saved. the replacement is even worse and possibly even more incompetent. Def more aggressive and cold....this id--t is running the Sentience circus now....

Best of luck with all of that

Good news!! The battle for succession has been going on during several months if not years. Now honeywell could get rid of all candidates and friends to hire workers!

It Will be a significant change. ... or not

I am convinced the only way to save the company now is for half of VPs and President to go. Can't see any other way. Too much incompetence at the top.

You're naive if you think they are saved. Someone worse and more aggressive will take his place. Remember where you work and all the cost reduction/rooftop closure goals!
