those over nighters who supposedly went to days last Saturday how is it going?..are all trucks now coming on days? is there plenty of time to stock? or...is it mass confusion , finger pointing and blame...or....was it all just a lie???....
I think they mean overnights going to days... I really hope it happens at my club. I am sick of work overnight.
There is no new scheduling
Yes in backroom associate job description it does state stocking. It will only work if management enforces, our backroom makes excuses why they can never leave out of their area.
If your are a backroom associate you have to stay on the floor and stock until the trucks start coming in we start at 7am your called a daytime stocker .rec. and claims can wait
What i was asking is for those of you who are now working days after having nights come to days how are the new stocking and receiving schedules working out?...
Block scheduling...not well from what I hear in my old club. Cashiers locking out , definitely not enough help.

I never work a Saturday.
