KA from NDC

I was expecting package but I still have a job. I destroyed many lives in NDC. Here is my story.

From getting rejected in interview, from manipulation of resume, fake resume to fooling manager during interview for job, from saying he knows Paul K (which is a lie) from QA II to principle QA and then lead QA, from not working on any project for years by saying his mom is sick, from renting his Nashua apartments to developers and getting good reviews, from joining tennis court to make friendship with developers, from being insider and bag man to upper management, from going to BDC on official trip and take them from drinks, from staying in Leela palace and making trips to Mumbai and Dubai and getting everything reimbursed, from taking 2 hours of lunch break everyday, from working from home at will, and taking managers, directors and project managers to drinks. Entertaining BDC visitors to apple store in Pheasant Lane Mall and buy them stuff...take them to RI strip clubs...buying them scotch and spending time in their hotels in Nashua exit 8.

With 6 silver awards doing nothing. Someone did NDR setup and he got award, someone filed a big group bug and he added his name in Jira and he got another award, for claiming to work with support team during Christmas forced shutdown and he never showed up to work that week but he still got award and many other unethical things for which he got awards. How does this happen in corporate companies.

I got a silver award and never got one as he said there is no budget...

Every Dell Emc employees, please do learn on how to play politics, how to hang out with right management, spend money and bribe them and in return get 25K in LTI’s, bonuses, pay hikes, promotions and how to save your jobs.

March is coming and at NDC QA he will get full bonus and LTI as usual for the past 10 years. QA director should be in ....

Everything will be exposed. Sometimes it’s not as easy as destroying life’s of others.

Mr. Dell, mostly everyone in NDC is bad. Please help yourself and protect your company from useless employees who are destroying your brand. Please look in to it, fake resume in qa to principle to lead to support to sustaining.10 years of politics with no work and free paycheck to someone who doesn’t respect company. It’s just wrong Mr. Dell

Some one with so much of bad history.....really. Height of manipulation from fake resume to job to promotion from QA to lead and principle. Became inside man to manager and throw her under bus.

To all Dumb directors and VP’s, he betrayed many..... just think when your time will come. Snake is a snake, it will bite even if you give milk. His manager is a fine lady and trusted him but he made a fool out of her and got her fired.

How could someone with no contribution survive for years at NDC. MSD please look in to it.

My advice is to stop looking so much at others and focus on yourself. Surely you could improve yourself - love a little more, hate a little less. You were given the gift of life, enjoy it.

No work and no contribution for 9 years and free paycheck, shame on MD.

this type of work is called PR. look it up. if you feel strongly against entertaining and networking in morally questionable ways, then quit being part of the team. If you think this is easy as f---, then try it. if it is borderline unethical with proofs, submit cases then. Don't be brat and whine like a disgusting man child.
