Look what happen when they out sourced facilities maintenance to SRI about 20 years ago.
Only lasted a few years before it went back in house. I'm going to miss my many friends in MST

They might be willing to take the hit on service in exchange for saving some money. I hope it backfires terribly.
Either the outsourcing will not last or Macys will not last
NCR only absorbing 220 nationwide.
NCR cannot possibly provide the service Macy's Tech does.
