Looking at the org charts it doesn't appear that any senior leadership was impacted. How is that possible? No idea what criteria was used to reduce head count!?!

GM hires all these women through their women engineering programs to get work place diversity tax breaks and then cuts all of them at layoffs. As unethical a practice this may be GM knew they would only benefit from doing slick s--t like this.
The CISO and a couple CIOs are gone. Lots of directors in IT are also gone between VSP and IVSP.
The most important women who had the largest impact on destroying lives, were not walked out. That is problematic.
I know several women walked out, including myself. There were no special protections for females.
Our lay-off was about 60% women so there was no special protection for women.
When one is in power they use it to protect themselves... doesn’t matter how many they throw under the bus...

Um, I know a good many female engineers escorted out last week. In certain departments there may be one female for every 10-20 men. Is it any wonder why you see mostly men being walked out?
