How to keep oneself motivated

How do current employees keep themselves motivated in this scenario ? Laid off workers are lucky that way at least they are out of the rubble ! Personally speaking I'm finding it very difficult to work and focus with so much going on..

The only motivation for me is How the hell can I get out of this hell hole by being laid off? , resigning ? , Any other options !

Allow myself to endure only sense and resolution. There's no future in self pity.

Motivation is not my goal. I am saving that for my next job.

I like BAH during the winter more than I hate my newly reorganized job, but would be thrilled to be laid off with a severance package. If I am distracted by the awful environment and fail at my job, hopefully they will just let me go. Meanwhile I have sent resumes to see what are the realistic chances of another job, hopefully closer and better weather, since it won’t likely be BAH. This keeps me busy and hopefull.

So, it’s the hope of getting out of here (one way or another) that helps me tolerate working here.

Like I said, motivation is no longer my goal here.
